Diagnosed  water damage to ceiling. Found the drain line not properly level and piped in correctly.

Dispatched to commercial site in Allen, TX to address HVAC performance issues on a Carrier rooftop unit. Upon inspection, found the dual run capacitor (serving both compressor and fan motor) was weak and out of manufacturer’s spec, causing intermittent operation and reduced cooling performance. Replaced faulty dual capacitor with OEM-rated component. Verified proper microfarad rating and secure electrical connections. Tested unit operation after replacement—compressor and condenser fan motor both started and ran correctly. System pressures and amp draws returned to normal range. Rooftop unit is now operating as designed.

We unclogged the condensation line by using high-pressure nitrogen to safely and effectively clear the blockage. After identifying the clog in the drain line under the sink, we connected a nitrogen tank to the line and released a controlled burst of nitrogen gas. The high-pressure force quickly dislodged the buildup of debris, algae, and gunk that was causing the obstruction. Once the line was cleared, we flushed it to ensure proper drainage and confirmed that water was flowing freely again. Using nitrogen is a clean, efficient, and non-damaging method to clear HVAC drain lines without the use of harsh chemicals.

We replaced a leaking evaporator coil and saved customer thousands of dollars in not having to to replace whole system.

Do not let the ants eat up your compressor contactor.  Best you can do is spray a barrier around your outside unit to avoid costly repairs.  If you are currently using a pest control, ask them to spray around the outdoor unit!! 

Technician arrived on site in Grand Prairie, TX to inspect reported issues with the HVAC system. Upon evaluation, found several burnt compressor contactors in the system, indicating overheating and electrical arcing. The damaged contactors were beyond repair and posed a risk of system failure.

All affected contactors were removed and replaced with new, manufacturer-approved components. After replacement, system was powered on and tested for proper operation. Compressor now engages correctly, and all electrical connections are secure. System is functioning as expected at the time of departure.

Performed a full evaporator coil replacement on a Carrier HVAC system due to a confirmed refrigerant leak. This unit was sitting against the roof eaves and against the spray styrofoam making it difficult to  work on the back side. We stuck with it and was able to restore cooling.

Today, we replaced the failed blower motor and blower wheel on a Goodman heat pump system. Upon arrival, the system was inspected and diagnosed with a faulty blower motor causing poor airflow and system inefficiency. The blower wheel was also found to be worn and imbalanced.

We removed a older thermostat and replaced with a new one. Customer wanted to be able to contol the thermostat thru the app.

During a inspection. We found the bulbs burnt out on the ultraviolet light.

We performed a annual maintenance, during our inspection, we found the circuit board covered in dust. We blew out the control section with panel with nitrogen. Having a dusty control board will short out the diodes and resistors.  

Responded to a no cooling call. Found dual capacitor reading 0 MFD on compressor side. Replaced dual capacitor. Restarted cooling.

No cool call. Customer experience outdoor unit short cycling. After diagnostic, found unit low on freon which the low pressure switches switch is causing the short cycling. We performed a leak search and found the coil leaking. We added freon for now until we replace the coil.

Responded to a no cooling call in Frisco. After performing annual maintenance on both systems. We found dual capacitor blown for downstairs unit. We were able to repair the unit and te store the cooling.

Shut off power to the unit and performed a thorough cleaning of the condenser coil using coil cleaner and water. Removed all debris and buildup from the fins to restore proper airflow. After cleaning, rechecked system operation. Verified compressor and condenser fan motor were operating within normal parameters. Monitored refrigerant pressures, which stabilized after cleaning, indicating

Monitored refrigerant pressures, which stabilized after cleaning, indicating improved efficiency.

System restored to normal operation. Verified cooling at the supply vents. Advised the customer on routine maintenance and the importance of keeping the condenser coil clean to prevent future performance issues.

Outcome: No cooling issue resolved. Condenser coil cleaned. System operating properly at this time.

Upon arrival for a no cooling call, the system was found non-operational. Inspection revealed the outdoor fan and compressor were not running. Diagnosed a failed dual run capacitor as the root cause. Replaced the faulty capacitor, restored power, and confirmed proper system operation. Cooling function resumed.

Responded to a no cooling call. Checked out this mini-Split condenser unit. After diagnosis, found the coil dirty and unit low on Freon. We washed the condenser coil, repaired the Ac leak and topped off charge. 

Responded  to a no cooling call in call in Dallas,Tx Saturday night.  We found the evaporator coils are coil frozen back to the condenser. We had to run the blower to thaw out the unit. After the unit was thawed we checked everything out on this 1983 air conditioner.  The system was 3 pounds low. Performed a leak search and found the hi/low schrader valves extremely loose. After replacing valves. We re charged the system, rather than trying to upsell a new system. Although it was recommended at the time.
