Diagnosed  water damage to ceiling. Found the drain line not properly level and piped in correctly.

Dispatched to commercial site in Allen, TX to address HVAC performance issues on a Carrier rooftop unit. Upon inspection, found the dual run capacitor (serving both compressor and fan motor) was weak and out of manufacturer’s spec, causing intermittent operation and reduced cooling performance. Replaced faulty dual capacitor with OEM-rated component. Verified proper microfarad rating and secure electrical connections. Tested unit operation after replacement—compressor and condenser fan motor both started and ran correctly. System pressures and amp draws returned to normal range. Rooftop unit is now operating as designed.

We unclogged the condensation line by using high-pressure nitrogen to safely and effectively clear the blockage. After identifying the clog in the drain line under the sink, we connected a nitrogen tank to the line and released a controlled burst of nitrogen gas. The high-pressure force quickly dislodged the buildup of debris, algae, and gunk that was causing the obstruction. Once the line was cleared, we flushed it to ensure proper drainage and confirmed that water was flowing freely again. Using nitrogen is a clean, efficient, and non-damaging method to clear HVAC drain lines without the use of harsh chemicals.

We replaced a leaking evaporator coil and saved customer thousands of dollars in not having to to replace whole system.

Do not let the ants eat up your compressor contactor.  Best you can do is spray a barrier around your outside unit to avoid costly repairs.  If you are currently using a pest control, ask them to spray around the outdoor unit!!

Performed a full evaporator coil replacement on a Carrier HVAC system due to a confirmed refrigerant leak. This unit was sitting against the roof eaves and against the spray styrofoam making it difficult to  work on the back side. We stuck with it and was able to restore cooling.

Today, we replaced the failed blower motor and blower wheel on a Goodman heat pump system. Upon arrival, the system was inspected and diagnosed with a faulty blower motor causing poor airflow and system inefficiency. The blower wheel was also found to be worn and imbalanced.
