Upon arrival, the customer reported that the system was not cooling. Performed a full diagnostic on the Lennox air conditioning unit. Found the system running but not providing adequate cooling. Inspected electrical components, refrigerant levels, and airflow. Discovered the outdoor condenser coil was significantly dirty, restricting heat exchange and causing poor system performance.

Shut off power to the unit and performed a thorough cleaning of the condenser coil using coil cleaner and water. Removed all debris and buildup from the fins to restore proper airflow. After cleaning, rechecked system operation. Verified compressor and condenser fan motor were operating within normal parameters.
